我们正在打造新一代 AI 驱动的在线协作文档平台,将实时协作与智能化能力深度融合。我们正在寻找一位经验丰富的 AI Technical Lead,负责主导 AI 功能的整体架构设计与演进——从智能工作流、推理系统到生产级稳定性与可扩展性。您将引领技术愿景,解决复杂架构挑战,塑造数百万用户体验 AI 赋能生产力的方式。 岗位职责： 1.负责 AI 产品和系统的整体技术规划与架构设计。 2.设计和演进智能工作流、工具集成、推理系统、记忆机制和任务执行框架。 3.建立 AI 应用开发、评测、可观测性、稳定性和工程化规范。 4.主导关键技术决策和架构评审，推动技术方案落地。 5.与产品、设计和工程团队紧密合作，识别和规划高价值 AI 场景。 6.平衡产品效果、性能、成本、可扩展性和安全性。 7.指导团队成员成长，提升团队整体 AI 研发能力。 任职要求： 1.本科或以上学历，8 年以上软件研发经验。 2.具备 AI 产品或 AI 应用的落地经验。 3.熟悉 Agent、RAG、Tool Calling、Workflow、Memory 等 AI 应用架构理念。 4.扎实的后端架构和分布式系统能力。 5.具备大型项目技术负责人经验。 6.具备良好的沟通能力、技术领导力和跨团队协作能力。 7.对 AI 产品创新和落地有持续热情。 Ways of Working Our structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments.
