AI Tools Associate

The role
As a major Austrian financial technology provider expands its reach, they are implementing new systems to handle their growing volume of data and customer interactions. We are looking for an AI Tools Associate to help manage the various internal tools and automated workflows that support this expansion. This is a fully remote, entry level position where you will ensure that these tools are configured correctly and that the data they produce remains accurate and useful for the broader team.

What you will do

• Monitor the output of internal AI tools to verify that the data being generated meets our standards for accuracy and logic.
• Update and maintain internal documentation so that every process is clearly mapped out for the people using it every day.
• Help troubleshoot basic errors in automated workflows and identify where a process is getting stuck.
• Trace information through different software systems to find the source of data discrepancies or routing errors.
• Run tests on new tool configurations and prompts to determine which setups provide the most reliable results for the client.
• Assist in moving manual data entry tasks into automated systems while ensuring nothing is lost in the transition.
• Participate in screen-share sessions with team members to observe how they interact with tools and where they face friction.
• Provide clear, written updates on the status of various tools and highlight any recurring issues that need senior attention.
• Review system logs to identify patterns in errors or delays that could indicate a larger process failure.

What we are looking for

• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to explain technical steps in plain, simple English.
