Position Overview: We are seeking a Freelance AI Content Specialist to help with the evaluation and labelling of data for our AI models. This freelance role offers flexibility and requires attention to detail, strong judgment, and the ability to perform online research to validate and ensure the accuracy of data. You will work on diverse types of data, including text, audio, images, and videos, and help improve the performance of AI models by curating high-quality, accurate content. Key Responsibilities: • Label and evaluate data for AI training using provided guidelines, your judgment, and online research. • Assess data for various parameters, including: o Factuality / Truthfulness: Verify that the claims in the content are factually accurate. o Verbosity: Assess whether the content is clear and concise or overly complex. o English Grammar: Check for correct grammar and proper use of language. o Instructions Adherence: Ensure that the content adheres to specific instructions. o Relevance: Evaluate the relevance of the content to the task or topic at hand. • Use your general knowledge, critical thinking, and common sense to assess and label data. • Frequently engage in online research to validate facts and check for accuracy. • Continuously train yourself on new tools and guidelines provided for data evaluation. • Work with a variety of content types, including text, audio, images, and video. • Review and process content that may contain sensitive or explicit material, including hate speech, dangerous content, or discrimination. Must-Have Skills: • Excellent verbal, reading, and writing English skills. • Strong reasoning and critical thinking abilities. • Ability to conduct online research to validate facts from diverse domains. • Quick to learn new tools and adapt to changing guidelines. • Comfortable working with various types of content, including text, audio, images, and videos. • Ability to process content with sensitive material, such as hate speech, explicit, or discriminatory content. Interview Process: First Level – Assessments; Second Level – Onboarding as Freelancer. Preferred Qualifications: A PhD in one of the following fields is preferred: Philosophy, Legal Reasoning, Economics, Computer Science, History, Statistics, Arts - Creative Writing, Arts - Art History, Humanities - Psychology, Humanities - Linguistics, or Humanities - Social Issues (MSW) Work Environment: • Freelance, remote role with flexible hours. • Fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment focused on AI development.
