We’re looking for talented AI Video Creators / Editors to join the video editing team at Leads Icon.

Work Setup

● 100% remote

● Monday to Friday

● Full-time position

We’re especially interested in people who know how to use AI to create high-quality, attention-grabbing video content for digital advertising and performance marketing.

We’d love to hear from you if you have experience with:

● AI video generation and editing tools

● Creating realistic or highly engaging AI-generated scenes

● Combining AI-generated content with traditional video editing

● Short-form advertising creatives for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms

● Testing different concepts, hooks, formats, and creative variations

● Using AI to improve creative quality and production speed

Paid Ad Creatives — UGC Style

We’re looking for creators who understand how to produce UGC-style paid advertising content that feels authentic, native to the platform, and designed to drive results.

Experience with the following is highly valued:

● Creating UGC-style ads with strong hooks and clear calls to action

● Editing testimonial, selfie, podcast, street-interview, and spokesperson-style videos

● Making AI-generated characters and scenes feel natural and believable

● Understanding pacing, retention, pattern interrupts, captions, and visual hooks

● Producing multiple creative variations for A/B testing

● Adapting creatives for Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other paid-social platforms

● Understanding the difference between organic content and performance-driven ad creatives

Highly Valued

● Experience automating creative or video production workflows

● Experience working with AI-focused YouTube or TikTok channels

● Ability to build scalable processes around AI content creation

● Performance marketing or direct-response advertising experience

● Understanding of creative performance metrics and how to improve ads based on results

What matters most is strong creative judgment, proven AI video skills, and the ability to produce effective content efficiently and at scale.
