Company Overview At Rosabella, we're dedicated to helping women feel their best through every chapter of their wellness journey. Inspired by a personal story, we set out to create thoughtfully formulated supplements that provide meaningful nutritional support during menopause and beyond. By combining carefully selected ingredients with a commitment to quality and transparency, we're making it easier for women to prioritize their health with products they can trust. Position Summary The AI Video Editor produces high-quality, engaging video advertisements from creative briefs using a combination of traditional editing and AI-generation tools. Although AI is central to the production process, the finished work should feel polished, intentional, and professionally produced. This role is not simply to generate assets, it is to turn scripts, references, and creative direction into complete, launch-ready videos. You'll work directly with the Creative Strategist responsible for each brief, receiving creative direction and revision feedback from them, and report to the Video Editor Manager as part of a pod containing one Video Editor Manager and eight Video Editors. The Creative Strategist owns the concept, script, and creative direction. The AI Video Editor owns the quality of execution. For each project, you'll generally receive a completed script, an example or reference video, a creative brief, a five- to ten-minute Loom explaining the intended style, scene direction, tone, and overall feel, and any relevant existing brand or creative assets. Not every video will be storyboarded scene by scene; a meaningful part of this role is applying creative and technical judgment to turn the supplied direction into a strong finished video. Key Responsibilities Video Production Produce video creative across the primary formats required by the business, including short-form advertisements, longer educational videos, AI-presenter videos, cinematic formats, animation, motion graphics, and emerging AI-generated styles. Use AI where appropriate for character generation, presenters, scenes, visual effects, and other production requirements, ensuring AI-generated content looks convincing, polished, and integrated into the finished video. Complete videos within the output and turnaround standards established for each video type. Remain responsible for each assigned video through the required revision rounds and final delivery. Creative and Technical Judgment Interpret the script, reference material, and Loom without requiring scene-by-scene instruction. Select strong, relevant scenes and visual assets, and apply best practices across hooks, pacing, scene selection, captioning, transitions, music and sound selection, visual hierarchy, synchronization, and overall flow and engagement. Follow the intended creative direction while contributing the judgment required to improve the final execution. Avoid mechanically copying references or producing work that feels generic, robotic, or obviously AI-generated. Identify opportunities to improve the video without changing the fundamental strategy or message. Communication and Revisions Review each brief and all supporting materials before beginning production. Ask necessary questions upfront when instructions are unclear or required information is missing. Communicate early when a technical issue, missing asset, or unrealistic requirement may affect delivery. Receive and action revision feedback directly from the Creative Strategist, applying it carefully and avoiding the need for the same feedback repeatedly. Retain and implement lessons from prior revisions across future projects. Quality Control Check spelling and grammar, caption accuracy, timing and presentation, and voiceover pronunciation before submitting work. Confirm audio and visual synchronization, scene relevance and continuity, and music and sound selection. Review pacing and transitions, visual quality and consistency, and accuracy against the script and brief. Confirm required formatting and export specifications, and overall readiness for launch. Training and Development Attend and actively participate in required training. Learn new video styles and production methods introduced by the Video Editor Manager or Head of Video. Keep current with emerging AI-generation and video-editing tools, and continuously improve production speed and workflow without reducing quality. Implement team-wide best practices and share useful tools, techniques, and production improvements with the wider team. Qualifications Required: Proven experience editing video advertisements or similar short-form video content. Working capability with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Higgsfield. Hands-on experience with AI image-generation, AI video-generation, and AI voice/audio tools. Strong creative and technical judgment across hooks, pacing, scene selection, captioning, transitions, and sound design. Ability to interpret a script, reference video, and Loom walkthrough into a finished video without scene-by-scene instruction. Strong attention to detail and a personal quality-control process before submitting work. Preferred: Experience producing AI-presenter videos, cinematic formats, animation, or motion graphics. Experience working within a pod or team structure with a dedicated manager and shared creative strategist. Track record of quickly learning new formats, tools, and production methods. Who This Role Is Not For This is not for people who need every video storyboarded scene by scene; applying judgment to ambiguous direction is core to the role. This is not for people who want ownership over concept, script, or creative strategy; that belongs to the Creative Strategist. This is not for people resistant to AI tools becoming central to the editing workflow. This is not for people who repeat the same mistakes after feedback; retaining and applying feedback is a performance expectation, not a nice-to-have. This is not for people who produce work that feels generic, robotic, or obviously AI-generated without refinement. Work Environment Full-time, fully remote position. Works within an assigned pod alongside a Video Editor Manager and other Video Editors. Must remain responsive to briefs, feedback, and delivery requirements during agreed working hours. Performance and outcomes are prioritized over hours worked or process. Career Trajectory Strong performers on this team have a path to grow into a Senior Editor. Consistently high-quality output, fast and accurate application of feedback, reliable turnaround, and the judgment to handle more complex or ambiguous briefs with less oversight are what open that door. What We Value Output-Focused: We prioritize and reward results. Accountability: Team members own their decisions, mistakes, and outcomes. Thirst for Knowledge: We learn continuously from data, customers, and each other. Tools We Use Adobe Premiere Pro CapCut Higgsfield AI image-generation tools AI video-generation tools AI voice and audio tools Supporting editing, animation, and asset-generation software Hiring Process Application review. Portfolio/reel review. Interview with Video Editor Manager. Paid editing test (produce a video from a sample script, reference, and Loom). Offer
