We're looking for someone who can create ads that actually perform. Not just visually nice. Not just "aesthetic." But scroll-stopping, conversion-driven, revenue-generating.

Here's the part that makes this role different: most of what we produce is generated, not filmed. AI UGC. AI avatars. AI animation. AI voice. Real actors and real shoots are the exception, not the default. If that excites you instead of scaring you, keep reading.

What you'll actually be doing

• Producing paid ads for Meta, TikTok, Instagram and other platforms — from blank page to final export
• Creating AI UGC: generated creators, generated environments, generated product demos
• Building and directing AI avatars — casting the face, the voice, the delivery, the lipsync
• Generating animation, motion graphics and B-roll with AI instead of digging through stock
• Prompting, re-prompting and problem-solving until the output reads as real, not as "AI"
• Cutting both short-form and long-form performance content
• Working closely with Creative Directors and Media Buyers to improve results
• Using sound design, pacing, hooks and structure intentionally — not randomly
• Testing new models and tools constantly, and sharing what works with the rest of the team
• Delivering on time. Always.

What matters to us

• A portfolio that clearly shows your editing skill — AI work is a plus, but the fundamentals have to be there
• Strong Premiere Pro (After Effects and other tools are a big plus)
• Hands-on experience with AI generation tools — image, video, voice — or a proven track record of picking up new tools fast
• Ability to hook attention in the first 3 seconds
• Understanding that ads are about performance — not awards
• Taste: knowing when a generated shot is good enough to ship, and when it's uncanny and needs another pass
• Speed, curiosity, and willingness to level up
• Clear communication and teamwork

Bonus points if you

• Have worked with tools like Higgsfield, Veo, Kling, Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, HeyGen — or their equivalents
• Understand performance marketing basics
• Know how to think in hooks, retention, and conversion
• Have solid sound design skills
• Can turn a one-off win into a repeatable workflow

Not the right fit if

• You miss deadlines and don't communicate.
• You ignore the brief and do your own thing.
• You focus only on making videos look cool instead of making them convert.
• You see AI as a shortcut that replaces craft. Here it's a tool — your craft decides whether it works.

You'll have creative freedom — but we work based on strategy, data and continuous testing.

The Deal

Monthly salary starting from €1200, depending on your experience and skill level. If you're stronger — we're open to discussing higher.
