Global Aviation Support is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Aircraft Parts Sales & Sourcing Specialist to join our growing aviation aftermarket team.

This role focuses on stock sales, aftermarket sourcing, customer RFQs, supplier negotiations, and end-to-end order execution for airlines, MROs, aircraft operators, lessors and aviation industry partners.

Key responsibilities:

• Sales of aircraft parts from company stock

• Sourcing and procurement of aircraft components

• Handling RFQs, quotations and customer follow-up

• Negotiating prices, terms, lead times and documentation requirements

• Coordinating orders from inquiry to final delivery

• Supporting customer relationships and new business development

• Ensuring proper documentation and traceability, including EASA Form 1, FAA 8130-3 and other certificates

Requirements:

• Experience in aircraft parts sales, sourcing, procurement or aftermarket supply

• Good knowledge of commercial aircraft components and aviation documentation

• Ability to manage RFQs and commercial transactions independently

• Strong sourcing, communication and negotiation skills

• Good command of English

• Willingness to work in Warsaw in a hybrid model and travel when required

Nice to have:

• Existing aviation aftermarket network

• Experience in stock sales, surplus inventory or parts brokerage

• Knowledge of aviation platforms, ERP/CRM systems or parts databases

• Polish language skills
