ALTA Survey Project Reviewer

Overview Join NV5 as our ALTA Survey Project Reviewer and play a key role in delivering accurate, client-ready survey and zoning reports. You’ll manage first-draft reviews, coordinate revisions between clients and field professionals, resolve zoning questions, obtain add-on quotes, and ensure approved final PDFs are delivered on schedule. If this seems like an ideal fit for you, we invite you to apply today! Responsibilities Reviews all 1st draft surveys – 1st draft reviews should be completed within 2 business days of receipt. Saves and responds to all client comments/revision requests. Processes to Field Professionals Sends zoning reports to the surveyor when received with 1st draft Review Comments Will address any zoning-related questions or revision requests with the appropriate analyst. Saves and logs revised drafts of survey and zoning and distributes them to the client. Requests quotes from surveyors/zoning for add-on work. Requests, saves, and distributes final S&S survey PDFs when approved by the client. Works closely with internal teams (Survey, Real Estate Transaction and other divisions) Qualifications AA, AS, or BA degree preferred Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and Excel. If you have GNet project management software experience, it is a plus. Previous experience in surveying, project mapping review, commercial real estate review, or a related field is a plus, but not required. The pay range for this position in the Midwest/East Coast is $28.00/hr to $33.50/hr per hour. The base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
