Role Description The Amazon Account Health Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for maintaining and improving the health of client Amazon seller accounts. In this position, the specialist monitors account health metrics, policy compliance, performance notifications, and potential risks, and takes proactive steps to prevent suspensions or restrictions. Daily tasks include analyzing policy violations, drafting professional appeals and correspondence to Amazon, coordinating documentation and evidence, and ensuring timely resolution of account-related issues. The specialist collaborates with internal teams to align account health efforts with product, PPC, and overall growth strategies, while educating clients on best practices to reduce future compliance issues. This role requires consistent communication with clients, detailed reporting on account status, and a strong focus on risk management and process improvement.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for monitoring account health metrics, identifying risks, and interpreting Amazon policies and performance reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting appeals, communicating with Amazon support, and providing clear guidance to clients.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, account management, policy compliance, and resolution of account suspensions or performance issues.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Customer service and stakeholder management skills to build trust, manage expectations, and deliver reliable support to global clients.
• Proficiency with basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documentation platforms, communication tools) and comfort working in a data-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive account information.
• Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketplaces, or consulting is preferred; familiarity with PPC, product research, or Shopify is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous but equivalent experience will be considered.
