In this role, you will focus on executing and optimizing day-to-day Amazon operations, ensuring strong listing performance and supporting the growth of the company's product portfolio. This position is ideal for a hands-on Amazon specialist who is detail-oriented and experienced in operational tasks rather than strategic leadership. About the Company: The company develops and sells products designed to enhance mood, well-being, beauty, and overall quality of life on a daily basis. Its mission is to create long-term added value for society. To ensure effectiveness, the company sets ambitious goals and consistently measures its success. It is also committed to increasing sustainability across all of its brands and products. The company offers a modern working environment within a small business operating in a fast-growing international market. The team is young, friendly, and regularly engages in shared activities. Employees are given the opportunity to approach tasks creatively, contribute new ideas, and bring them to life. Requirements: 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central. Strong understanding of Amazon fundamentals: listing creation, optimization, keyword research, and best practices. Solid experience with Amazon Advertising (PPC) and campaign optimization. Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Data Dive, SellerBoard, or similar. Good Excel skills and ability to work with data and performance metrics. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Upper-intermediate or higher English level. Responsibilities: Manage and optimize Amazon listings (content, keywords, images coordination). Monitor SKU-level performance and implement improvements based on data. Execute and optimize PPC campaigns to improve performance and efficiency. Conduct regular listing audits and implement updates. Support new product launches (listing setup, keyword research, coordination with creatives). Manage pricing, discounts, and promotional activities. Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports. Work closely with marketing, design, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate data and ensure listings follow Amazon best practices. Nice to Have: Experience with external traffic tools or digital marketing basics. Familiarity with project management tools. Our Benefits: Work for a market-proven, fast-growing company. Competitive salary and bonus opportunities. Supportive and friendly international team environment. Paid training and courses. Full remote work with flexible working hours.
