Amazon Content & Catalogue Manager - EU4 (UK, Germany, Italy & Spain) We are looking for an experienced Amazon Content & Catalogue Manager to lead content, catalogue, and digital shelf excellence across four key European Amazon markets: UK, Germany, Italy and Spain . This role sits within a specialist eCommerce capability supporting multiple brands and categories. You will own the creation (copy), optimisation, governance and maintenance of Amazon product content while ensuring catalogue health, SEO/GEO performance, compliance, and a best-in-class shopper experience. The ideal candidate combines strong Amazon operational expertise with hands-on execution experience in Vendor Central, listing optimisation, SEO/GEO, A+ Content, Brand Stores and catalogue troubleshooting. Your Tasks & Responsibilities Amazon Catalogue Management • Own catalogue health across UK, DE, IT and ES Amazon accounts. • Monitor and resolve listing suppressions, catalogue errors, contribution conflicts, variation issues and content compliance alerts. • Manage new product launches, ASIN creation, variation structures and content uploads. • Maintain accurate product information, attributes and taxonomy across all markets. • Liaise directly with Amazon support teams to resolve catalogue and technical issues. Content & PDP Optimisation • Create and optimise Amazon PDPs • Implement SEO best practices using Amazon search data, keyword tools and competitive analysis. • Continuously identify opportunities to improve: Organic visibility / conversion Rate / share of Voice / customer experience Keyword & SEO Strategy • Conduct ongoing keyword research across local languages with local teams • Identify ranking opportunities and content gaps. • Develop keyword strategies for: New launches / existing products • Monitor indexing, ranking performance and search trends. Digital Shelf Excellence • Monitor product detail page quality and consistency. • Ensure imagery, content and brand assets remain updated. • Identify and close content gaps versus competitors. • Support implementation of digital shelf best practices and measurement frameworks. Regulatory & Content Governance • Coordinate content approval processes with regulatory, medical and legal stakeholders. • Maintain content governance standards across multiple brands and markets. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with multiple stakeholders across Bayer organisation • Support integrated retail media, content and digital shelf initiatives. • Provide recommendations based on content and search performance insights. Performance Monitoring • Track and report key KPIs • Deliver actionable recommendations to improve business performance. Who You Are: 3+ years' experience in Amazon eCommerce. Strong knowledge of: Amazon Vendor Central / Amazon catalogue management / Amazon SEO/GEO / A+ Content & Brand Stores Strong understanding of Amazon listing policies and catalogue structures. Proven experience troubleshooting catalogue and content issues. Experience using keyword and marketplace tools such as: Helium 10 / Pacvue Skills & Competencies • Excellent attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple brands and markets simultaneously. • Strong project management and prioritisation skills. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • Fluent English required. Additional European language skills (German, Spanish or Italian) desirable.
