Amazon Marketplace Manager – Remote Eastern and Southeastern Europe

Role Description The Amazon Marketplace Manager – Remote Eastern and Southeastern Europe is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and optimizing product listings and performance on Amazon and other marketplaces. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing product catalog setup, updating listings, and managing pricing, promotions, and inventory to maximize visibility and sales. The role involves monitoring marketplace metrics, analyzing performance data, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates and customer engagement. The Amazon Marketplace Manager will collaborate with marketing, operations, and brand teams to coordinate product launches, ensure accurate content, and maintain compliance with marketplace policies. This role also includes responding to marketplace-related issues, coordinating with customer support on listing or review concerns, and staying current on Amazon best practices and competitive trends.
Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central or similar marketplace platforms, including product listing management, pricing, and promotions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, traffic, and conversion data to drive decisions.
• Knowledge of e-commerce operations such as inventory coordination, order workflows, and marketplace compliance.
• Proficiency in digital marketing concepts related to marketplaces, including keywords, SEO for product listings, and basic advertising campaign management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create clear and compelling product content.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple listings and projects across brands.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment and collaborating virtually with global team members.
• Relevant experience in marketplace management, e-commerce, or brand management; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
• Residence in Eastern or Southeastern Europe with reliable internet connectivity and the ability to align with company communication schedules.
