Role Description The Ambassador is a full-time, hybrid role based in Lisbon, with flexibility for partial work from home. In this role, the Ambassador will represent Heir within local and online communities, educate audiences about onchain inheritance, and help grow brand awareness and trust. Daily activities include hosting or attending events, meetups, and conferences, engaging with community members on social media and web3 platforms, and gathering feedback to share with internal teams. The Ambassador will collaborate with marketing and product teams to support campaigns, create community-focused content, and identify partnership opportunities with relevant organizations and influencers. This role also involves monitoring community sentiment, answering questions about Heir’s solutions, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and build relationships across diverse communities.
• Experience in community building, advocacy, or brand ambassadorship within tech, fintech, or web3 environments.
• Foundational understanding of blockchain, crypto, or onchain technologies, and willingness to continue learning in a fast-evolving space.
• Organizational and time-management skills to coordinate events, manage online engagement, and report insights to the internal team.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Lisbon, with the ability to attend in-person events and collaborate both onsite and remotely.
• Proactive, self-directed work style, with a focus on integrity, discretion, and professionalism when discussing inheritance and financial topics.
• Fluency in English; Portuguese or additional languages are a plus.
• Prior experience in marketing, community management, or customer-facing roles is beneficial; background in law, finance, or estate planning is an advantage but not required.
