Digital Retail Solutions - Brink’s Digital Retail Solutions (DRS) is a technology-enabled platform that combines smart hardware, software, cash logistics , and financial services into a single solution for retailers. Its goal is to automate cash management, reduce costs, improve security, and provide real-time visibility into cash across one or many store locatio ns ATM Managed Services - Brink’s ATM Managed Services (AMS) is a fully outsourced solution in which Brink’s assumes responsibility for the day-to-day operation of an organization’s ATM network. Rather than simply delivering cash, Brink’s manages the entire ATM lifecycle under defined service level agreements Pay: Base Salary $80,000 - $106,000 + Sales Incentive Plan Job Summary: The AMS/ DRS Conversion Specialist is responsible for the strategic results of business development within the retail sector, including increasing revenue and P & L results; to drive market penetration of our AMS/ DRS solutions. This position is responsible for helping to acquire new business or by converting the existing customer base at Brink’s from our traditional armored solution into a Digital Retail Solution. The Conversion Specialist will be responsible for achieving sales objectives consistent with company growth strategy by creating differential value through strong relationships with the different markets in Brink’s, identifying opportunities and determining solutions. Work collaboratively and multidisciplinary to deliver step functional AMS/ DRS growth across North America Key Responsibilities: Creating learning and development programs in collaboration with sales enablement leaders. Training sales reps to solution sell AMS & DRS and drive home the value prop osition. Share best practices with the wider sales function. Work collaboratively to deliver growth projections on the basis of market performance, segmentation and overall strategy deployment. Evaluate existing processes and sales resources, focus on activating change aimed at enhancing overall sales effectiveness. Own the big deals, promote a culture of excellence on all deals to ensure Brink’s are in the best possible position to win each deal. Driving for in - person solution demos, collaborating on ROI models. · Increase revenue and P&L results from strategic retail partners. Develop and implement strategic growth plans and forecasts to achieve channel partner sales targets and support the Brink’s U.S. corporate financial objectives Establish and maintain relationships with customer decision makers and key strategic partners at the highest level of their organizations Drive the creation of new revenue with prospective channel customers Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years' experience managing relationships with and selling multiple, integrated product/service solutions to Enterprise Retail accounts Minimum of 3 years' experience selling and managing premium in the relevant market What’s Nex t?
