Address: Ciudad de Mexico Treasury Analyst, part of the Treasury/Cash team reporting to the Cash Accounting Supervisor in the US. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Keep the bank account structure up to date, and manage the KYC process with banks Develop a thorough understanding of the store operation, the POS and EZ+ platforms, as well as the credit/debit card operation at the stores, in order to provide the support required to resolve issues related to card operation. Collaborate with the cash team on month-end duties, mainly focused on booking journal entries and reconciling items Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Cash Accounting supervisor. Manage the account opening and closing processes with banks, as well as the process to update signatories in the accounts Work with banks on the KYC process in order to meet their requirements Provide support to the US stores in regards credit card issues Pull data from banking portals to support month-end duties as needed Assist the cash accounting team with month-end duties such as booking of journal entries and reconciliations EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years professional experience in Treasury Operations or Accounting.
