Analyst - Debt Advisory

The Opportunity Due to continued growth, we are seeking an Analyst to join our Debt Advisory team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to build a career in real estate finance and capital markets. We are particularly interested in candidates who have recently completed their professional training within a Big Four accounting firm, ideally within Real Estate, Hotels, Healthcare or related audit teams, or individuals currently working within a real estate lending, credit or portfolio management role at a bank who are looking to transition into an advisory environment. The successful candidate will work closely with senior team members on a wide range of financing mandates, supporting clients ranging from private investors and developers through to institutional funds and corporate occupiers. Key Responsibilities Support the execution of debt advisory transactions across a range of real estate sectors. Assist in the preparation of lending proposals, information memoranda and client presentations. Build and maintain detailed financial models and cashflow analyses. Undertake debt market research and lender analysis. Assist in the preparation of financing strategies and funding recommendations. Coordinate due diligence processes with lenders, valuers, lawyers and other advisors. Analyse investment, development and operational real estate opportunities. Support client meetings, lender discussions and transaction execution. Maintain market intelligence on lending terms, structures and capital market trends. Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management. Essential Degree educated in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline. ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification completed or nearing completion (preferred for audit candidates). Strong financial analysis and modelling skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Commercially minded with a genuine interest in real estate finance and capital markets. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Willingness to learn.
