About the Role The Analyst, NA Sales Strategy and Analytics executes NA sales reporting, maintains Alloy system and reporting infrastructure, and tracks market performance. This role supports leadership with timely, accurate visibility into sales performance by brand, account, and retailer, and contributes to the analytics team's mission to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. Primary Responsibilities: Sales Reporting & Consolidation: Collect and consolidate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales data on KPIs (forecast vs. actuals, top doors, SKUs, inventory levels, shipments, etc.) Execute the production of weekly and monthly sales reports (both sell-in and sell-out) for leadership review Support data validation and quality assurance; identify discrepancies and escalate data issues to management Assist in synthesizing sales data into clear summaries and supporting insights for senior leadership Sales Forecasting & Planning Support: Support NA sales forecast processes; assist with data consolidation and reconciliation across teams Perform ad-hoc analysis on forecast variance; prepare supporting documentation for management review Assist with sales planning calendar coordination and cross-functional alignment activities Market & Retailer Reporting: Consolidate monthly and quarterly retailer performance data for Ulta, Sephora, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other key partners Track and report on market share, sales performance, and inventory trends by retailer, category, and brand Support market analysis activities; gather and organize competitive and market trend data for management review Alloy System & Dashboard Support: Assist with Alloy system implementation; support user training and adoption across the analytics team Perform data validation in Alloy; monitor dashboard accuracy and flag data quality issues Support dashboard maintenance; assist with ad-hoc report requests and data pulls as needed Document Alloy processes and best practices; assist with training and onboarding on new system functionality Data Quality & Process Execution: Execute data quality checks and validation procedures; ensure accuracy and completeness of all reporting datasets Follow established reporting processes and workflows; identify opportunities to streamline or improve efficiency Maintain current documentation on reporting processes and system configurations for team reference Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with sales, supply chain, finance, and category teams to gather data and support reporting needs Support the preparation of materials for leadership meetings; assist with data visualization and presentation support Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field 1-3 years of professional experience in corporate strategy, sales analytics, business intelligence, financial analysis, or related analytical role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including intermediate-to-advanced functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling) Familiarity with data visualization tools (Powerbi) and dashboard concepts Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic data modeling, formulas) Familiarity with SQL for data queries; ability to write basic SELECT queries against relational databases Ability to navigate reporting modules and pull data Experience working with or viewing dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent BI tools; understanding of dashboard design principles Proficiency with PowerPoint for creating clear, professional reports and presentations Exceptional attention to detail and strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity Strong analytical thinking; ability to work with complex datasets and identify patterns or discrepancies Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders Collaborative and proactive team player; comfortable seeking guidance and escalating issues appropriately Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Eagerness to learn new tools, systems, and analytics methodologies; self-directed learner Desired Qualifications Experience with Alloy or similar modern analytics platforms Background in beauty, retail, or CPG industry Familiarity with sales forecasting concepts and revenue planning processes Experience with data warehousing or ETL concepts What Orveon Offers You You are a creator of Orveon’s success and your own. Pay Transparency – The following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At Orveon Global, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $55,00-$83,000.
