Analyst Payroll Tax

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Perform weekly payroll audits and month end reporting items. Ensure the accuracy of data extracted from Oracle, KBace, and other reporting tools. Analyze, reconcile, and resolve payroll tax discrepancies using data from payroll and reporting systems. Support month-end, quarterly, and annual payroll tax reporting and balancing activities. Prepare and maintain payroll-related reports, including Global HRIS billing and tax payment reports. Collaborate with internal teams to address issues, improve processes, and maintain high-quality service delivery. For This Role, You Will Need: Must be open to take on a 6 months fixed-term employment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting-related courses. 1 year of relevant experience in US Payroll. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and any Payroll systems. Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Flexibility adapting to changing priorities and work schedules. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: At least 1 year of ADP Smart Compliance knowledge is a plus.
