This PMO supports and guides project managers as a consultative entity on creating a framework of processes, governance, training modules, and mentoring programs that help project managers in their daily operations. Must be capable of: Critical Thinking (questioning assumptions, analyzing evidence, forming reasoned conclusions rather than accepting at face value), Self-Learning (take initiatives to identify, your own learning goals and pursuing it without relying on formal instruction or supervisory guidance) Business Networking (creating and nurturing relationships by intentionally connecting with colleagues, peers to get the assigned tasks done which could include following up with various teams/individuals with minimal dependency on supervisors' intervention). This role would also provide analytical support to the project managers by collecting and analyzing reports and data which could include project schedules, budgets, performance metrics etc., for identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. This role will also provide administrative support to the project managers which could include but is not restricted to creating and maintaining project documentation, track resource schedules, coordinate meetings and training, and assist with budgeting and financial tracking as required. Must have hands on knowledge with MS 365 Productivity tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Communication tool (Office, Teams) and Zoom Nice to have experience would be with MS Automation and Development (Power Automate, Power Apps), Analytics and Reporting (Power BI), Salesforce (Tableau) and any Risk Management Tools.
