How You Will Make an Impact: • Responsible for the daily tasks within the program • Monitoring the program process • Train program’s stakeholders on GSCF’s services and systems • Evaluate and issue change requests and review them with the client • Ensure agreements (statement of works, changes requests, authorization matrix, function & notification matrixes) are implemented and monitored • Ensure agreements and all program relevant manuals are updated regularly • Timely reporting/escalating of risks, exceptions, incidents, opportunities to the superior • User acceptance testing of the new features to be released to production • Develop and keep professional relationships with business partners • Adhere to company & Program Operations policies • Contribute to keeping a positive, transparent, open, and creative thinking working environment • When required, participate in tasks/projects which are not directly related to this function or enhancing Program Operations What You Bring to the Team: Fluent English Work experience: minimum of 2 years in back‑office operations, client relationship management, and accounts receivable Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Knowledge of financial mathematics Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, International Relations or related areas Organized, proactive, self‑managed, and strong critical‑thinking skills All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, disability, sexual orientation, national origin, or any other category protected by law.
