Analyst-Service Performance

Support the execution and management of experiential projects within the American Express Premium Charge Card portfolio, including The Centurion® Card and The Platinum Card®. This role will contribute to the development and delivery of exclusive benefits and experiences across a variety of categories for Amex Card Members, ensuring exceptional execution and meaningful value for customers. The individual will assist the team in managing budgets assigned to each initiative and event, including invoice tracking, vendor onboarding, project coordination with internal stakeholders and external agencies, and the preparation of reports to monitor performance and support business decision-making. The role will also support the development of creative concepts for events and experiences by preparing detailed briefs for agencies and vendors, clearly outlining objectives, requirements, and deliverables. In addition, the individual will coordinate project activities from ideation through execution, ensuring that all initiatives are successfully brought to life. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a service-oriented mindset, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. This role requires continuous collaboration and communication to ensure key teams remain informed and aligned on ongoing initiatives and project outcomes. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for creating Card Member communications and maintaining tracking and reporting for the experiential benefits offered to Platinum and Centurion Card Members. Through regular analysis of benefit utilization and engagement metrics, the role will identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and maximize the value delivered through the premium benefits portfolio.
