Working Hours: 6AM – 2AM (3 Shift : 6AM – 3PM / 9AM – 6PM / 5PM – 2PM)
What will you do?
- Solving application incidents.
- Maintaining Simcorp Dimension System Operations Platform (SOP).
- Solving Batch job incidents.
- Provide end user support.
- Authorization management.
- Constructively escalate to other parties in case of data delivery issues.
- System monitoring.
- Ensures ongoing maintenance as well as updating of documentation and test data.

Position with management No Minimum level of study Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent Training / Specialization
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or any related fields
What do you need to succeed?Must-have
- 3 - 4 years of experience working on Simcorp dimension product.
- Knowledge and experience in Simcorp Dimension product maintenance.
- Experience in SQL.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Work experience in Finance, banking or insurance industry is preferred.
Minimum experience level 6-10 years Skills needed
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail
- Working knowledge and application of accounting concepts within a Financial Institution.
IT tools
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
