Description ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS May perform any or all of the following duties: Monitor inventory levels and report on excess, obsolete, or at-risk inventory Produce and maintain liability reports, trackers and sell-through dashboards Monitor and execute product lifecycle activities and phase-in/phase-out of core, test and LTO products Execute demand forecasting for core items, promotions and limited-time offers (LTOs) using historical data and inputs from cross-functional teams Prepare reports and data for the monthly S&OP process Coordinate communication of forecasts, promotions, and product changes to distributors Monitor departmental KPIs Follow up with distributors on requests to ensure effective execution of projects- including tracking PO’s, monitoring auto-shipments, training shipments, case caps and inventory levels. Interpret inventory data and make recommendations to leadership to avoid stock outs, liability, expediated freight and/or missed sales. Prepare and distribute field memos for product shortages Identify and escalate inventory or supply risks to senior team members Partner with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Operations to support execution of plans POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/CORE COMPETENCIES Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred Strong Excel and data analysis skills Ability to perform Vlookups and Pivot Tables in Microsoft Excel Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Copilot Ability to leverage Microsoft Copilot to optimize tasks and communication Strong written and verbal communication skills Solid attention to detail and problem-solving ability Effective communication and ability to work cross-functionally Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment WORK ENVIRONMENT Restaurant Support Center that operates in a fast-paced setting with a high volume of activity and a deadline-driven environment. The role follows a hybrid work model, requiring on-site presence in the office every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
