The Role
As a major financial services provider is expanding, Braun Management is supporting their structural reorganization to ensure their growth remains sustainable. We are looking for an Analytics Coordinator to manage the data flow that informs our strategic recommendations. This entry level position is fully remote and serves as the essential bridge between raw organizational data and the evidence-backed reports we deliver to client leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring that every piece of information we present is accurate, structured, and useful for identifying operational friction.

What You Will Do

• Gather and organize quantitative data from various client departments to identify areas of operational friction and inefficiency.
• Clean and format large datasets to ensure that our consulting team is working with precise, error-free information at all times.
• Create clear, logical charts and tables that visualize complex business systems and evolving reporting lines for executive review.
• Maintain the integrity of internal databases to track client progress over the course of long-term restructuring projects.
• Draft brief, factual summaries of data trends to help senior partners prepare for high-level executive meetings and presentations.
• Verify the accuracy of decision-making frameworks by cross-referencing them against actual operational data provided by the client.
• Collaborate with the consulting team via asynchronous communication tools to update project timelines and data collection milestones.
• Monitor data consistency across different reports to ensure that all written conclusions are supported by a single version of the truth.
