The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in analytics engineering, with a strong understanding of data modeling, transformation, and analytics workflows . You will work closely with our data, engineering, and business teams to build scalable and maintainable data models that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your work will ensure high-quality, well-structured data is available for reporting, analytics, and business intelligence purposes. Your Main Missions: Design, develop, and maintain dbt (Data Build Tool) transformations to ensure clean, well-structured, and efficient data models. Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and enhance data quality. Develop and optimize SQL-based transformations and queries for performance and efficiency. Support the processing of high-volume and streaming data using tools such as Apache Spark and Kafka . Build and maintain BI-ready datasets that support data analysts and business stakeholders. Work closely with business teams to translate requirements into data models and transformations. Build and iterate on AI/ML models such as churn prediction and forecasting, from feature preparation through to deployment. Provide support and guidance on data visualization tools and ensure business users have access to trusted data sources. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting layers. Maintain comprehensive documentation of data transformations, models, and governance practices to support workflow automation and trusted data access. Your Profile: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field). Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Computer Science) will be considered a plus. 2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a data-driven environment. Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases like MySQL , PostgreSQL , as well as NoSQL databases like MongoDB . Also experience with Clickhouse DB or Apache Druid will be considered a plus. 2+ years of hands-on experience in Python, including data manipulation, scripting, and automation. Strong experience with ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline orchestration tools like Apache Airflow , as well as data transformation frameworks such as dbt . Experience with distributed data processing tools such as Apache Spark , and streaming/event platforms like Apache Kafka , will be considered a plus. Experience working with BI tools such as Apache Superset, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI. Experience with AI/ML techniques (e.g., churn prediction, forecasting, classification models) will be considered a strong plus. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
