Analytics Engineer (Snowflake) at BairesDev

As an Analytics Engineer specializing in Snowflake, you will build and maintain high-performance data pipelines and models within the Snowflake ecosystem. You will connect the dots between raw data ingestion and actionable business intelligence, ensuring that stakeholders have access to clean, reliable, and optimized data structures.

What You'll Do:

- Design, implement, and optimize scalable data pipelines specifically tailored for the Snowflake Data Cloud.

- Develop complex data models and transformations using advanced SQL and Snowflake-native features like Snowpipe, Streams, and Tasks.

- Integrate Snowflake seamlessly with orchestration and transformation tools such as Airflow and dbt to automate data workflows.

- Apply software engineering rigor to data transformation processes, including version control, testing, and comprehensive documentation.

- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to define schemas, access patterns, and key business metrics.

- Monitor and fine-tune Snowflake environments to ensure peak performance, security, and cost-efficiency.

What we are looking for:

- 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven expertise in designing and optimizing data pipelines within the Snowflake ecosystem.

- Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data modeling and transformation.

- Hands-on experience with Snowflake-native features like Snowpipe, Streams, and Tasks.

- Proficiency in integrating Snowflake with orchestration and transformation tools like Airflow and dbt.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
