The company helps clients accelerate their digital transformation through a broad portfolio that includes consulting, application services, digital engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, platforms, and infrastructure services Service Context The service operates within the Europe shift to ensure continuity of L2 operational activities on the MuleSoft platform. The service contributes to maintaining SLA compliance and platform stability across a multi-cloud environment (AWS, Azure, OpenShift), in coordination with internal and external stakeholders operating in an international context. Scope of Services (but not limited to) Govern and oversee L2 operational activities during the Europe shift to ensure service continuity and SLA compliance Investigate and resolve incidents within agreed SLA timelines Perform platform analysis and troubleshooting Analyze logs and identify the cause of operational issues Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required Support daily operational activities and service requests Support deployment, release, and change implementation activities Execute operational procedures, runbooks, and recovery steps Document incidents, resolutions, and known workarounds Update knowledge base articles and operational documentation Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements Assist in basic root cause analysis activities Develop or maintain simple automation scripts for repetitive tasks Track assigned actions through to completion and closure Drive production support meetings and operational reviews Support Flex Gateway Platform setup Support on-call activities and major incident resolution when required Service Deliverables (but not limited to) Incident reports with documented resolutions and known workarounds Updated knowledge base articles and operational documentation Root cause analysis outputs and improvement recommendations Automation scripts for repetitive operational tasks Operational runbooks and recovery procedure execution records Tracking logs of assigned actions through to closure Contribution to deployment, release, and change implementation records Service Qualifications English Environment (C1 – Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) Academic background in Computer Science or equivalent field The service interfaces between internal teams and external providers within an international and cross-functional environment The service operates in a hybrid model: minimum 3 days per week on-site / 2 days per week remote The service supports out-of-hours activities on an occasional basis when operationally required The service includes availability for short-period relocation or travel to other countries when required Required Expertise : 3 to 5 years of expertise in MuleSoft platform management (not API development) First expertise with MuleSoft Omni Gateway (Flex Gateway) Terraform expertise OpenShift expertise GitHub AWS basic expertise Azure basic expertise Solid expertise in Authentication & Authorization mechanisms (API security standards and implementation: OAuth, OpenID) ITIL Process Argo CI/CD Nice to Have: MuleSoft Flex Gateway XML, XSD, WSDL, WS-*, Java, JSON Basic network expertise: Virtual IPs, firewalls, Load Balancer, etc. Certificate lifecycle SOAPUI, Postman: user-level expertise ServiceNow Linux
