What we're looking for

A fast-growing US-based company running a portfolio of sweepstakes-based e-commerce brands (spanning outdoor, vanlife, overlanding, gaming, fishing and lifestyle) is looking for a creative, trend-aware product manager to own its clothing and merchandise catalog. This is a hybrid creative and operational role, perfect for someone who lives at the intersection of fashion design and product, spotting the next big idea and turning it into a live, revenue-generating collection.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Research trends across outdoor, vanlife, overlanding, gaming, fishing, and lifestyle apparel to spot new product and market opportunities.
• Audit the existing catalog for gaps and weak categories, then develop seasonal collections and holiday campaigns aligned with each brand's identity and giveaway calendar.
• Take winning designs and expand them into wider product lines through colorways, SKU extensions, and bundles.
• Lead communication with the in-house and agency design teams, bringing the ideas and briefs while they handle execution.
• Use AI tools (Claude, Midjourney, ChatGPT) and print-on-demand platforms to speed up design iteration and output volume.
• Coordinate new products from concept brief through to live listing, keeping launches aligned with active giveaway campaigns for cross-promotion.
• Maintain listing quality (photos, descriptions, labelling, SEO) and report on catalog analytics like sell-through rates, top SKUs, and revenue by category.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, product management, merchandising, or a related field.
• Strong command of Shopify or an equivalent platform, including listing creation, variant management, and collections.
• Working knowledge of AI design tools such as Midjourney or ChatGPT (bonus if you can create designs yourself).
• Strong written English for product copy, briefs, and internal reports.
• A highly organized, analytical mindset, comfortable running several launches at once and making decisions from performance data.

Nice to Have

• Experience with print-on-demand platforms such as Printful or Printify.
• Background in apparel design, fashion merchandising, or visual merchandising.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices for product listings, plus Adobe or Figma skills.
