Appian Developer at BairesDev

As an Appian Developer, you will design business process automation solutions to streamline complex enterprise workflows. You will work within a low-code environment to build scalable applications that unify data and improve operational efficiency across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement complex process models to automate end-to-end business workflows.
• Build intuitive user interfaces and dashboards for seamless case management and data visualization.
• Develop and configure decisioning logic and business rules to drive automated outcomes.
• Integrate Appian applications with external systems and data sources using various connectivity tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional low-code solutions.
• Optimize platform performance and ensure the reliability of deployed automation processes.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Low-Code Development, or Business Process Management.
• Proven expertise in developing business process automation solutions on the Appian platform.
• Proficiency in building complex process models, case management, and decisioning logic.
• Hands-on experience with low-code environment integrations and enterprise BPM implementations.
• Strong understanding of process automation best practices and life cycle management.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
