Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Apple Product Knowledge Specialist with strong expertise in Apple devices and ecosystems. The role involves reviewing, validating, and tagging Apple product content while ensuring accuracy and compliance with project guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and tag Apple product-related content accurately.

Validate product features, specifications, and technical details.

Distinguish between product features and hardware specifications.

Verify information using official Apple sources.

Maintain high quality, accuracy, and timely completion of tasks.

Follow project guidelines, SOPs, and quality standards.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Apple products including iPhone, iPad, MacBook/iMac, Apple Watch, AirPods, Apple TV, Vision Pro, and operating systems such as iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, and tvOS.

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

Strong written communication skills in English and the required local language.
