Application Advisor – UK & Ireland

Department: UK & Ireland Admissions

Experience Required: 1+ Year

Location: Gurugram / Remote

Reports To: Destination Manager – UK & Ireland


Role Purpose

The Application Advisor is responsible for managing student applications to UK and Ireland institutions from submission through to enrollment. The role requires close coordination Partners, RM, universities, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely application processing, compliance, and successful conversion of offers into enrollments.


Key Responsibilities

Application Processing & Management

  • Review and process student applications for UK and Ireland universities.
  • Verify academic documents, English language qualifications, financial documents, and supporting materials.
  • Ensure applications are submitted accurately within university deadlines.
  • Track applications from submission through offer issuance, CAS, visa, and enrolment stages.
  • Maintain complete and accurate student records in CRM and partner portals.


Student Support & Communication

  • Guide Partner/ students through the admissions journey from application to arrival.
  • Communicate offer conditions, tuition fee deposits, scholarships, and compliance requirements via Portal.
  • Assist / Partner/ students with document preparation for CAS/ Visa
  • Respond promptly to student/ Partner queries while delivering exceptional service


Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Conduct thorough document checks to ensure authenticity and accuracy.
  • Adhere to company compliance policies and university partner requirements.
  • Identify and escalate cases involving potential fraudulent or misleading documentation.
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy and process compliance.


Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain daily updates on application status and pending actions.
  • Ensure all student interactions and actions are recorded within CRM systems.
  • Participate in training sessions and product updates for UK and Ireland universities.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Knowledge of UK and Ireland admissions processes.
  • Understanding of offer letters, CAS, visa procedures, and university compliance requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and document verification capability.
  • Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and university portals.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in international student admissions, education consulting, or application processing.
  • Experience handling UK and/or Ireland student applications preferred.
