Must have: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or any related field Minimum 4-6 years of hands-on software development experience in any of Java, Go or Python and relevant standard workflows (version control with git and gitlab/github) Experience with automated pipelines for building, testing, and deploying cloud applications using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or cloud-native pipelines Strong understanding of the concepts of process containerization, container management, orchestration and clustering Good knowledge of networking, layer stack and security concepts Good perception of software architecture principles and design patterns Nice to have (any of the below is considered as a plus): Experience with open-source projects, maintenance and contribution Ability to design and implement scalable backend services using modern programming frameworks and best practices. Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs, including proper use of HTTP methods, status codes, versioning, and API documentation. Understanding of cloud architecture principles and experience building, deploying, and operating applications on cloud platforms. Ability to design loosely coupled services and manage communication, reliability, and scalability in distributed environments. Knowledge of authentication, authorization, secure API design, and practices that ensure resilient and highly available services. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
