We are looking for a talented, motivated Application Management Assistant Specialist . If you are a master of our skill-set but has the flexibility and openness to learn new things and adapt to changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics Engineering, or related fields; fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience
• Basic knowledge of web-based applications and internet technologies
• Interest in Linux operating systems and command-line usage
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn about application servers, container/microservice architectures, and cloud technologies
• Familiarity with fundamental networking concepts
• Basic knowledge of relational databases and ability to write basic SQL queries
• Interest in monitoring, log management, and system performance
• Interest in or basic knowledge of at least one modern scripting language
• Willingness to learn automation, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
• Willingness to effectively use AI-assisted development tools (such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, etc.)
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Eager to learn new technologies; curious and open to self-development
• Strong team player with good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• No restrictions for domestic or international travel

Key Responsibilities:

• Support application and infrastructure operations processes under the guidance of senior team members
• Take part in application installation, configuration, and maintenance processes
• Monitor system health and provide support in case of issues
• Contribute to operational processes in line with customer SLAs
• Support the installation and deployment of software products (including on-site activities)
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation
• Participate in periodic maintenance and update activities
• Monitor system performance using monitoring tools
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and root-cause analysis activities
• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives
