Application Owner Ops Engineer

Mission Overview: Keystone Solutions is seeking an Application Owner/Ops Engineer for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be an integral part of a dynamic development team, working in an agile environment to ensure the effective management and operation of business applications. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and report on the components in production managed by the team. Track production issues reported by the business. Collaborate with the team to identify root causes and potential solutions for production problems. Assist in testing newly developed software to ensure stability. Test and validate fixes for production issues. Provide support during releases. Contribute to the development of business applications in close collaboration with team members. Develop or modify code, create necessary queries, and perform analyses, along with documentation, following Agile methodology. Manage reported incidents, including identification, analysis, correction, and testing, while maintaining communication with clients. Act as an expert in ongoing projects, ensuring application continuity and quality delivery of components. Advise IT colleagues and users on new project developments within the domains and applications the team is responsible for. Required Skills: Experience with SOAP/Postman is a plus. Behavioral Skills: Ability to handle stress associated with releases. Take responsibility within a project and make independent decisions. Propose solutions with initiative and creativity. Strong development, analysis, and synthesis skills to deliver quality work while respecting deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with empathy to better understand team members and business partners. Client-oriented approach. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Languages: Fluent in Dutch or French. Active knowledge of the second national language. Understanding of English.
