Application Service Manager At InnoWave , applications don't run themselves - someone has to own the contracts, the vendors, and the numbers behind them. We're looking for an Application Service Manager to manage the contracts and vendor relationships behind our client's portfolio of applications and platforms, from budget control to performance and renewals. Application Service Manager Responsibilities Manage the full contract lifecycle of large IT contracts or portfolios, including planning renewals and preparing RFP processes. Monitor financial execution: control spend against approved budget and drive cost-containment actions. Build and maintain a vendor reporting dashboard to monitor performance and spend. Coordinate Vendor Committees and perform root-cause analysis on performance issues. Own contract governance and relationship management, aligning outcomes with corporate goals. Provide contract guidance to stakeholders (Business Partners, Platforms, Procurement, Legal, Compliance) to promote value extraction. Manage invoicing and payments, including purchase orders and penalties when applicable. Implement contract management improvements and automation. Skills Up to 10 years of experience managing application service delivery. Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a collaborative, productive environment. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving focus. Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, for data processing and reporting). Comfortable using internal client tools and platforms. Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
