Application Specialist

Description The Application Specialist (ASG engineer) is responsible for configuring and customizing the solution to improve existing customer processes through digitalization of existing forms and workflow. Requirements What You'll Do: Configuring form build solutions, Participating in regular status calls and meetings with internal staff, Building configurations for workflow and data mapping, Keeping the Project Manager up to date on configuration progress and any issues that arise that could stall the implementation, Assisting in pre-go-live user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts and responding quickly to issues that arise, Creating and maintaining technical documentation related to form configuration, Tracking implementation progress, Work effectively remotely and with a geographically dispersed team, Prioritize and handle multiple, complex projects simultaneously. What We’re Looking For: Upper-intermediate English level (B2-B2+); 0.5+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role within software, Experience with technical product support and troubleshooting, Experience delivering software training using online training tools, Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required, Strong attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills required, Time management and self-motivation skills, Customer-focused with a real passion for providing excellent customer service. Technology: Knowledge of web-based technologies and experience working with HTML, XML and CSS, Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Experience working with JIRA to manage development projects, tickets, and tasks.
