We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Operations Technology, based in our Vistra International Expansion (India) Private Limited, Mumbai , India. reporting to the Manager, this full-time and permanent position is based in Mumbai (Remote working) , India and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Operations Technology department and its’ growth. Key responsibilities: Respond to user requests in a timely, accurate way through our ServiceDesk Plus ticketing system Troubleshoot and resolve issues and other supported applications by engaging with users via phone or web sessions. Maintain a strong understanding of Investor AML/KYC platform, including its configuration, integrations, and features Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve user issues, escalate issues to appropriate team members and ensure tickets are solved within the agreed SLA’s Create/maintain documentation and knowledge articles to support the team and end users Contribute to testing new features or configurations to validate performance and usability Act as champions of the Investor AML/KYC platform, ensure a deep understanding of the platform and its functionalities Take ownership of upskilling other application support team members by sharing knowledge of updates, upgrades, and best practices, as well as onboarding new team members Uphold Vistra’s values by promoting a culture of professionalism and teamwork . Key requirements: Experience in supporting, troubleshooting and testing cloud /on-prem applications Familiarity with Investor AML/KYC platforms Enthusiastic and high professional integrity Key player in contributing to the team’s success SQL / scripting experience Skilled in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and applying quality management principles Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills to manage expectations AML/KYC onboarding knowledge Experience in regulated environments Knowledge of sanctions, PEPs, UBO structures API and integration knowledge Company Benefits – At our Vistra India office, we believe in putting our employees’ well-being first!
