Application Support Engineer

Responsibilities: Monitoring and support of the production environment, including daily scheduling and operational activities Incident and problem management Deployment of business releases, including planned, ad hoc, and emergency releases Creation and maintenance of operational documentation Participation in the development and testing of backup and disaster recovery (DR) plans Collaboration with application developers and testers Automation of operational tasks and procedures Independent and proactive approach to work execution Requirements: You hold a relevant higher education degree or have equivalent professional experience in the field. You are committed to learning the latest Microsoft Cloud CRM technologies in a banking environment covering multiple countries. You have knowledge of, or are willing to learn, the operation and support of both on-premises and cloud-based applications. You are flexible, eager to develop your skills, and capable of motivating others. You have strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills. Professional proficiency in English is required for the role, particularly for working with technical and operational documentation. Advantages: You have knowledge of sales support applications, particularly Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Apps . Experience participating in Microsoft CRM projects . Experience in Microsoft Power Platform development and/or operations support . Knowledge of application operation and support processes .
