Key Responsibilities: Analyze and study complex system requirements to design new systems and requirements. Supervise software configuration management. Design software tools and subsystems to support software reuse and domain analyses and manage their implementation. Manage software development and support using formal specifications, data flow diagrams, other accepted design techniques and Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools Assist the Project Manager with estimating software development costs and schedule. Review existing programs and assist in making refinements, reducing operating time, and improving current techniques. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 3+ years of experience designing and deploying complex Power Platform projects including M365/Power Platform or SharePoint modernization, federal government experience preferred Working knowledgeable on Agile SDLC methodology, processes and best practices Strong communication skills interacting with clients and government officials. Strong demonstrated skills in developing/authoring and editing system documentation, risk management, and project management materials Expert level skills in M365/Power Platform and SharePoint.
