Responsibilities: Provide technical support and training for end-users on various applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize application performance. Assist in the implementation and integration of new software solutions. Monitor application usage and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime. Document processes and create user manuals for application functionalities. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology. Participate in user acceptance testing and provide feedback for improvements. Support data management and reporting initiatives to enhance decision-making. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field. 2+ years of experience in application support or IT consulting in healthcare. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in healthcare software applications and EHR systems. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools is a plus. Certifications in relevant software applications are preferred. This is a remote position. Compensation: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
