What You’ll Do Confirm appointments through outbound calls and texts. Prepare homeowners for their scheduled appointments. Address questions, concerns, and cancellation requests. Re-engage canceled or missed appointments. Maintain accurate customer records. Partner with appointment setters and sales teams.
