We’re hiring: Remote Appointment Setter / Sales Closer

Full-time | Remote | Egypt-based candidates preferred

Monday to Friday | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM UK Time

We’re looking for a strong sales professional to join our remote appointment-setting team.

This is not a cold-calling role.

You’ll be speaking with warm, pre-qualified leads who have already shown interest in aesthetic or dental treatments. Your role is to guide the conversation, build trust, handle objections properly, and book qualified consultations with our partner clinics in the UK.

This role requires confidence, discipline, and strong phone sales ability.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Calling warm inbound leads

• Managing conversations across multiple clinic accounts

• Booking qualified appointments

• Securing deposits over the phone

• Following up with leads professionally and consistently

• Working from clear scripts, clinic notes, and performance systems

• Maintaining accurate CRM notes and updates

• Hitting daily call activity and booking targets

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of sales, appointment setting, or closing experience

• Fluent English with a clear, neutral accent

• Strong phone presence and objection-handling ability

• Comfortable with high call volume

• Reliable full-time availability during UK working hours

• Coachable, disciplined, and open to performance reviews

• Proven track record of hitting targets

• Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, dental, real estate, insurance, BPO, or remote sales is a plus

This is a good fit for someone competitive, consistent, coachable, and serious about building a long-term sales career.

This is not a good fit if you need constant motivation, avoid feedback, struggle with consistency, or want a low-pressure remote job.
