Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated Appointment Setter to join their team. This role is crucial for driving sales by booking leads, following up on unsold estimates, and dispatching technicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on sales skills and experience with CRM software.

This position involves both outbound calls to book leads and inbound calls once the candidate is trained. A commission plan can be designed for each sold estimate, making this an opportunity for motivated individuals to earn based on performance.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Booking leads

• Following up on unsold estimates

• Dispatching technicians

• Making outbound calls

• Handling inbound calls after training

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Strong sales skills are preferred over dispatching experience.

• Experience with CRM software, specifically Service Titan, is a significant plus.

• Native English speakers are preferred, with a focus on clear communication and a pleasant phone presence.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in sales.

• Familiarity with Service Titan CRM software.

Full-time 9-5 PST
