Appointment Setter

THE ROLE

The Appointment Setter will be responsible for communicating with parents who have expressed an interest in joining the 7-Step Autism Action Plan programme and helping them with the next steps.

Key responsibilities include:

- Calling monthly webinar registrants ahead of each session to remind them of the webinar date and time and encourage attendance.

- Following up with interested parents after the webinar and answering basic questions about the programme and next steps.

- Qualifying interested parents and booking suitable prospects for a consultation with Taiba.

- Keeping accurate records of conversations, follow-ups and booked appointments.

The role involves speaking primarily with parents of autistic children who are looking for practical guidance and a clearer path forward. Many have already tried therapies, healthcare services, dietary changes, supplements or other approaches and are looking for a different approach to supporting their child.

Salary expectation

The position is commission-based. Further details about the commission structure will be discussed during the recruitment process.

Location and availability

The position is fully remote, preferably for someone who can work within UK/European time zones.
