Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated Appointment Setter to join their dynamic team. This role serves as a critical first step in their client's growth strategy, with an initial focus on high-quality lead engagement and appointment setting. Responsibilities of the role:

• Execute lead generation and outreach strategies as directed by the client.

• Update and manage LinkedIn profiles to professionally represent the client’s company brand.

• Utilize specific, client-provided scripts to ensure consistent messaging and high conversion rates.

• Schedule and coordinate meetings effectively to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

• Track and report on outreach metrics to assist in optimizing appointment performance.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• C2-level English proficiency is required; Fluent speakers are highly preferred.

• Fluent speakers should possess 3–5 years of relevant experience in outreach or sales roles.

• Preference for candidates with minimal accents to navigate competitive outreach environments successfully.

• Ability to leverage LinkedIn and CRM tools for lead management and tracking.
