Appointment Setter Location: Remote (Must be located in South Africa) Type: Part-Time or Full-Time Available Salary: Competitive, based on experience Company: Outsource Ability Ltd. Overview Outsource Ability Ltd. is a recruitment and staffing company, and we're looking to grow our own team with a motivated, detail-oriented Appointment Setter. This is an internal role — you'll be booking appointments with our inbound leads, playing a key part in driving new business and strengthening client relationships for Outsource Ability itself. Key Responsibilities Lead Engagement: Respond to inbound leads promptly and professionally, providing information about our services and understanding their needs. Appointment Scheduling: Effectively schedule appointments for our sales team, ensuring a smooth transition from lead to client. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications with leads to confirm appointments and address any questions or concerns. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of leads and appointments in our CRM system, ensuring all information is up-to-date. Reporting: Provide regular updates on appointment bookings and lead engagement metrics to management. Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and improve lead conversion rates. Qualifications Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in recruitment, staffing, or a sales environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Requirements Must have your own laptop/computer, headset, and a stable internet connection. A reliable power source, such as a solar charger or UPS, to ensure uninterrupted work.
