Our team contacts new enquiries within minutes, follows up across phone, SMS and CRM channels, and works directly with dental practices to improve their conversion rates without increasing advertising spend.

We work with established private dental clinics across the UK and are looking for a confident, professional Appointment Setter based in South Africa to join our team.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote Appointment Setter position for candidates based in South Africa.

You will be responsible for speaking directly with prospective dental patients who have enquired about treatments such as dental implants, Invisalign/clear aligners, composite bonding, veneers and other private dental treatments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Calling new inbound leads quickly after they enquire
• Handling inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp/SMS and CRM messages
• Qualifying prospective patients and understanding their treatment needs
• Answering basic questions about dental treatments, pricing and finance
• Handling common patient objections confidently
• Booking consultations directly into dental practice calendars
• Following up consistently with leads who have not yet booked
• Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
• Following LeadEase scripts, workflows and follow-up processes
• Working towards booking and conversion targets

What We're Looking For

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional telephone manner
• Strong communication and appointment-setting skills
• Confidence speaking with patients on the phone
• Previous experience in appointment setting, telesales, call centres, reception or customer service
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and enquiries
• Good organisation and attention to detail
• Comfortable using CRM systems, calendars and messaging platforms
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote working environment
• Ability to work UK business hours

Dental experience is strongly preferred.

Experience working within a dental practice, dental call centre, dental reception, treatment coordination or dental sales environment will be a major advantage.

Candidates who already understand treatments such as implants, Invisalign, composite bonding, veneers and general private dentistry will be prioritised.
