Appointment Setter

Role Description

This is a full-time, remote Appointment Setter role. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for contacting prospective and existing clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales and account management teams.

Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, maintaining accurate client records in CRM and scheduling systems, and following up with leads to ensure timely bookings. The role also involves confirming appointment details, managing follow-ups, and providing clear and professional communication to prospects and clients.

The successful candidate must be reliable, self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• One Saturday shift every second week
• Full availability during these hours is required.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in appointment setting, telesales, call center, customer service, or lead generation is preferred.
• Strong appointment-setting and scheduling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Experience with lead generation and basic prospect qualification.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, dialers, scheduling tools, and basic office software.
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet daily and monthly targets.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Own reliable laptop/computer – NON-NEGOTIABLE.
• Own reliable high-speed internet – NON-NEGOTIABLE.
• Reliable backup power for power outages/loadshedding – NON-NEGOTIABLE.
• Proof of backup power capability may be required.
• A quiet, professional workspace suitable for making calls is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional sales, marketing, or customer service training is an advantage.
