You'll connect with professionals and business owners through your network, social platforms, and referrals - people who are already thinking about their financial future. You'll have honest conversations to understand where they're at, explain what we do simply and without pressure, and connect the ones who are ready with our advisory team.
What This Role Is Not
Not cold-calling off a script
Not high-pressure sales
Not a role where you'll be micromanaged or babysat
Your Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospects through social platforms, professional communities, referrals, and networking
Start respectful, thoughtful conversations with professionals and business owners
Ask real questions to understand goals, challenges, and financial situations
Explain our services simply and personally - no jargon, no pitch-slapping
Assess genuine readiness before recommending next steps
Schedule and coordinate appointments with our advisory team
Prep prospects with clear next steps before their appointment
Keep organized notes and follow up consistently
Build and manage a steady pipeline
Hit weekly activity and performance goals
This Is a Strong Fit If You:
Have experience in sales, consulting, hospitality, or another client-facing role
Take full ownership of your results without needing hand-holding

No license or certification required to start - this is a conversation and coordination role, not a licensed advisory position.

How much can I actually make?
Most active setters earn $900–$1,800/week. There's no cap - your activity and results drive your income directly.
Do I need experience in financial services?
No. You need to be good with people and coachable. We'll teach you the rest.
Is this remote?
Yes, fully remote and flexible - you build your schedule around your activity goals.
