Appointment Setter | Wealth Management Firm

Job Overview We are seeking a professional and results-oriented Prospect Appointment Setter to engage prospective clients through outbound calls and schedule qualified appointments with our financial advisors. The role focuses on building rapport, understanding prospect interest, and effectively communicating the value of taking the next step toward a one-on-one financial consultation. What's Great About This Role The prospective leads you will be calling have already engaged with our firm through retirement education classes, workshops, seminars, and other marketing initiatives. These are warm, marketing-generated leads, not cold prospects, who have demonstrated an interest in learning more about retirement planning and financial strategies. Key Responsibilities Contact seminar and workshop attendees by phone and email Schedule introductory appointments for advisors Maintain accurate CRM records and prospect notes Confirm and reschedule appointments as needed Track KPI outreach activity and appointment metrics Collaborate with advisors and marketing staff Follow firm compliance and confidentiality standards Update weekly trackers and report KPIs to manager Qualifications At least 3 years experience in sales, appointment setting, client service, sales, banking, insurance, healthcare, financial services, or a related professional services environment preferred Detail-oriented Strong phone etiquette, communication, and relationship-building skills Highly organized with excellent follow-up habits Comfortable making outbound calls Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and as part of a team Software & Technology Skills (Preferred) Ringcentral GoHighLevel Redtail CRM LeadJig Microsoft Office Suite Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and CRM-based prospect management Comfortable learning and utilizing new technology platforms Must have high speed internet (This will be verified) About Us Strittmatter Wealth Management Group is an independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) serving high-net-worth individuals, retirees, and business owners since 2007.
